Position Summary:
The position of the Broker Relations Representatives is to field show ticket sales support and any ongoing account PR and customer service by visiting local brokers, timeshares and concierges.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Ongoing servicing of the ticket broker booths
Preparation of specific promotions to be implemented at the broker booths
Escort our talent for broker booth visits
Assist with VIP nights, industry nights and other opportunities and events to interact with brokers and the brokers relations team
Handling requests for Broker Relations
Ensure every broker location is supplies with current materials (print and video), up to date information and signage
Ensure we have maximized visibility and awareness with every broker location
Provide vital feedback and information to Management on competing shows, industry trends and general perception
Develop personal relations with agents and field managers
Provide support with voucher and coupon distribution
Initiate and implements sales support programs in the field such as promo items, special treats, gifts, contests, etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
Knowledge of general accounting principles
Ability to communicate orally and in written form
Attention to detail
Outgoing and friendly personality
Minimum Qualifications
Must have at least 6 years field experience
Able to speak and write English fluently
Able to lift up to 25 pounds
MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AS YOU ARE PRIMARILY IN THE FIELD AT ALL TIMES.
