Box Office Agent
Join a well-established production company with two live theaters in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. V Theater and Saxe Theater are home to over 10 live stage productions on a daily basis!! Join our fast-paced world of entertainment as a Box Office Agent.
Essential functions include:
- • Reconciliate balances daily and maintain updated records for all shows and productions
- • Maintain the booth's appearance. Also provide guests with directions and information; works with an individual and group enviroment; answeres phone calls professionally and enthusiastically
- • Makes Reservations and reports to the Supervisor on duty
- • Provide excellent customer service to V Theater and Saxe Theater guests
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
- • Knowledge of general accounting principles
- • Ability to communicate effectively
- • Attention to detail
- • Knowledge of electronic ticket systems
